How online check-in works
Online check-in is available for select routes. The check-in window opens 48 hours before departure and closes 12 hours before. Online check-in is currently only offered for flights between Val-d'Or, Montreal, and Chibougamau; no additional fees apply when using this service.
Steps to check in online:
- Visit www.aircreebec.ca and navigate to the online check-in portal.
- Enter your booking reference and passenger name.
- Confirm your flight details and select your seat if applicable.
- Receive your digital boarding pass via email or mobile display.
Practical tip: If online check-in is not available for your route, arrive at the airport 60 minutes before departure if flying from Montreal, or 45 minutes before if departing from other bases. This allows time for baggage processing and boarding on regional turboprop services.
