Alaska Seaplane Service does not offer a dedicated online check-in system. All passengers must check in at the ticket counter or terminal office at Juneau International Airport or the relevant departure point.
- Arrive at the airport or terminal at least 45 minutes before your scheduled departure
- Proceed to the ticket counter or terminal office
- Present your identification and booking reference
- Check in all baggage and confirm baggage weight and piece limits
Practical tip: Allow extra time on your travel day, as remote Alaskan operations may experience weather delays or schedule adjustments. Confirm your flight 24 hours in advance by contacting the airline directly.
What identification do I need for check-in?

Can I check in at a different location if I'm not starting in Juneau?
Yes. Check-in is available at terminal offices in the departure community. Arrive 45 minutes early at your local point of departure and follow the same check-in procedures.
