Cambodia Angkor Air operates a modern, fuel-efficient fleet tailored to regional Southeast Asian aviation. The Airbus A320 and A321 form the backbone of the network, serving primary regional routes between major cities with capacity for 150–200 passengers. These narrow-body jets offer reliability, good range for regional hops, and favorable economics for the airline's route network.

The ATR 72 turboprops enable service to smaller regional airports and shorter sectors where larger jets are uneconomical.
