How online check-in works
Cape Air offers online check-in opening 24 hours before departure (some sources indicate 48 hours on certain routes). However, the airline requires mandatory in-person check-in at the airport, which must be completed at least 30 minutes before domestic flights and 90 minutes before international flights. Online check-in does not replace this requirement.

- Enter your booking reference and passenger details.
- Complete the online check-in process to receive your confirmation.
- Proceed to the airport gate or check-in counter at least 30 minutes before departure for domestic flights (90 minutes for international).
- Present yourself to a Cape Air agent for mandatory in-person recheck to weigh carry-on baggage and finalize check-in.
