Nesma Airlines operates a fleet composed of two Airbus aircraft families, both established narrow-body airliners optimised for regional and short-haul operations. The Airbus A319 is a smaller variant, typically seating 120–156 passengers depending on configuration, and serves routes with lower demand or shorter distances. The Airbus A320 is the standard variant in the family, seating 150–180 passengers, and is the workhorse of Nesma's operations across its Egyptian network.

Both aircraft are single-aisle, twin-engine jets with modern fuel efficiency and reliability. The standardised Airbus family fleet simplifies crew training, maintenance scheduling, and spare parts inventory, reducing operational complexity.
