How online check-in works
PAL Express allows passengers to check in online, reducing time at the airport. Online check-in typically opens 24 hours before your scheduled departure. To check in online, visit www.philippineairlines.com, enter your booking reference and last name, select your seat, and download your boarding pass. You must still drop off baggage at the airport if traveling with checked luggage.
- Visit the PAL Express website and access the online check-in portal
- Enter your booking confirmation number and passenger last name
- Review and confirm your flight details
- Select your seat (if not pre-assigned)
- Download and print or save your boarding pass to your mobile device
Practical tip: Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before domestic flights and 3 hours before international flights, even with online check-in completed, to allow time for baggage processing and security screening.
