How online check-in works
Online check-in for PLAY flights opens 24 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before scheduled takeoff. Check-in through the airline's website or mobile app allows you to obtain your boarding pass digitally and select seats (subject to fare conditions).
Online check-in steps:
- Visit flyplay.com or open the PLAY mobile app 24 hours before departure.
- Enter your booking reference and passenger name or email.
- Review flight details and select your seat if permitted by your fare type.
- Accept baggage declaration and any applicable fees.
- Generate and download your boarding pass in PDF format or receive it via email.
Practical tip: Complete check-in as early as the 24-hour window opens, especially on busy routes, to secure preferred seat selections and avoid last-minute issues.
