Aircraft

Scenic Airlines operates a specialized fleet of small, single- and twin-engine aircraft optimized for sightseeing operations. The fleet includes Cessna 207 and Cessna 208 high-wing monoplanes, each configured with 9-seat capacity to balance passenger comfort with performance on scenic routes. These aircraft are ideal for low-altitude tour operations, offering panoramic window views essential to the Grand Canyon tour experience.
The airline also operates De Havilland Canada Dash 8 turboprop aircraft, which provide increased capacity and range for longer regional routes while maintaining the visibility and handling characteristics needed for scenic operations. All aircraft in the fleet are maintained to FAA Part 135 standards and are selected specifically for their suitability to aerial tour operations rather than rapid point-to-point transport.
