The network radiates from Entebbe, connecting regional capitals and key business hubs. Uganda Airlines operates a balanced fleet combining narrow-body and wide-body aircraft: the Airbus A320 and Bombardier CRJ900 handle regional and shorter routes, while the Airbus A330 and Boeing 787 provide capacity and range for longer international services. This mix reflects a strategy to serve both regional frequency and intercontinental demand.
The airline operates the frequent-flyer program Craneflyer, offering loyalty benefits to regular passengers. As Uganda's national carrier, Uganda Airlines plays a strategic role in the country's air transport infrastructure and economic connectivity.
