Online check-in availability and procedures should be confirmed on Western Air's website or by contacting the airline directly. For regional services, airport check-in remains the standard method.

  1. Visit www.westernairbahamas.com and locate the check-in section.
  2. Enter your booking reference and passenger details.
  3. Select your seat if the system permits advance seat selection.
  4. Review baggage allowance and any fees before completing check-in.
  5. Print your boarding pass or save the digital version to your phone.

Practical tip: Arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes before departure for regional flights, as check-in and security procedures at smaller Caribbean airports may move more slowly than at major hubs.

What if I cannot check in online?
Regional and charter flights may not offer online check-in. Proceed directly to the airport check-in counter with your booking reference and valid ID. Contact Western Air in advance if you need to confirm check-in procedures for your flight.
Can I change my seat after checking in?
Seat changes depend on flight availability. Request changes at the airport check-in desk or contact the airline directly by phone at 242-377-2222 before your flight.
