How online check-in works
Air Chathams does not currently offer online check-in on its website. Passengers must complete check-in at the airport. Check-in opens approximately two hours before domestic departures and should be completed at least one hour before your scheduled flight time. Regional flight operations may have different timing requirements than major airlines, so arriving at the airport with sufficient time before departure is essential.
Check-in steps at the airport:
- Proceed to the Air Chathams check-in desk at your departure airport.
- Present your booking reference and photo identification to the check-in agent.
- Declare your checked and carry-on baggage and confirm your baggage allowance eligibility.
- Receive your boarding pass and baggage tags.
- Proceed to security screening as directed.
Practical tip: Arrive 90 minutes before your domestic flight departure to allow adequate time for check-in and airport procedures, particularly at smaller regional airports where desk staffing may vary.
