Online check-in opens 48 hours before departure (24 hours for flights to the United States) and closes 1 hour before takeoff. Check-in is available on the Air Europa website and mobile app at no charge. Your boarding pass can be printed or displayed on a mobile device at the airport.
- Visit www.aireuropa.com or open the Air Europa app at least 1 hour before departure.
- Enter your booking reference and passenger surname.
- Select your seat (if not already assigned).
- Review your baggage declaration and special requests.
- Complete check-in and download or save your boarding pass.
Practical tip: Check in immediately when the window opens for popular routes to secure preferred seats; check-in closes 60 minutes before departure, so avoid last-minute delays.
Who cannot use online check-in?
Online check-in is unavailable for unaccompanied minors, passengers with special requirements (mobility assistance, medical equipment), and those travelling with cabin animals. These passengers must check in at the airport counter.
Can I change my seat after online check-in?
Seat changes are typically possible through the Air Europa website or app until check-in closes, and at the airport desk. Paid seat selections (extra-legroom or preferred rows) cannot be changed without an additional fee.
