How online check-in works
Online check-in is available through Bamboo Airways' website and mobile app, typically opening 24 hours before departure. This service allows you to select seats, manage baggage, and receive your boarding pass digitally, streamlining your airport arrival process.
Check-in steps:
- Visit www.bambooairways.com or open the Bamboo Airways mobile app
- Enter your booking reference and passenger last name
- Confirm your flight details and select your seat (if not already assigned)
- Declare any special baggage or mobility assistance requirements
- Review baggage information and add extra baggage if needed
- Generate and download your electronic boarding pass or receive it by email
Practical tip: Complete online check-in as early as possible to secure preferred seat selections, especially on popular routes where seating may fill quickly.
