Eastern Airways operated a modern, efficient fleet tailored to regional aviation. The airline's primary equipment comprised ATR 72 turboprops, reliable workhorses ideal for shorter regional routes with good fuel economy and proven performance on regional networks across the UK.

For slightly longer regional connections and routes requiring greater capacity, Eastern Airways deployed Embraer E-170 and E-190 regional jets. These modern jets offered improved passenger comfort, faster journey times, and enhanced reliability on busier regional corridors.

The fleet also included the British Aerospace Jetstream 41, a versatile turboprop used on select regional services. The mixed-fleet approach allowed the airline to optimise aircraft deployment, matching equipment to route demand and passenger volumes across its hub network.
