How online check-in works
Online check-in is available 48 to 24 hours prior to your scheduled departure and closes 12 hours before the flight departs. This service is available at no additional charge and allows advance passenger processing.
Online check-in steps:
- Visit the Skybus website within the 48–24 hour window before your flight.
- Enter your booking reference and passenger details.
- Complete the online check-in form and submit.
- Proceed to the airport desk if you have checked baggage to complete hold luggage processing.
Airport check-in closes 30 minutes before departure. All passengers with hold luggage must check in at the airport desk; online check-in does not complete the baggage check process.
Practical tip: If you are traveling with checked baggage, plan to arrive at the airport with sufficient time for desk check-in (at least 45 minutes before departure to ensure you clear the 30-minute gate closure).
