Jordan Aviation operates a mixed fleet of four aircraft types totalling 7 aircraft. The fleet is structured to serve both short-haul and long-haul routes efficiently.

Narrowbody aircraft (Airbus A320 and Boeing 737) form the backbone of scheduled services, offering seating for 150–180 passengers on regional and domestic routes. Widebody aircraft (Airbus A330 and Boeing 767) provide the capacity and range required for long-distance international flights and charter operations, including specialized missions for UN peacekeeping transport.

This composition allows the airline to optimize costs for different route lengths while maintaining operational flexibility across its scheduled network and charter portfolio.
