How online check-in works
Online check-in is available via the Singapore Airlines website and mobile app using your booking reference. Check-in opens 48 hours before departure on most routes, or 24 hours before for US-bound flights. It closes 1.5 hours before departure on the website, or 1 hour before via the mobile app. Check-in is free, and a digital boarding pass is issued immediately.
Steps:
- Visit www.singaporeair.com or open the Singapore Airlines mobile app
- Enter your booking reference and passenger surname
- Review flight details and passenger information
- Select your seat (if not already assigned)
- Accept baggage declaration and receive your digital boarding pass
- If you have checked baggage, proceed to the bag drop counter at the airport after online check-in
Tip: Use the mobile app for earlier check-in closure (1 hour vs. 1.5 hours), giving you more flexibility on the day of travel.
