How online check-in works
Online check-in opens 24 hours before your flight and can be completed via the United website, mobile app, or airport kiosk (available 3–4 hours before departure). Check-in closes 45 minutes before domestic flights and 60 minutes before international flights.
- Visit www.united.com, the United app, or proceed to an airport kiosk.
- Enter your booking reference and passenger name.
- Select your seat (if applicable to your fare class).
- Receive your boarding pass electronically or print it at the kiosk.
