How online check-in works
Online check-in is available 24 hours before departure and closes 2 hours before your scheduled departure time. You can check in via the website, mobile app, or airport check-in service.
Steps to check in online:
- Visit www.uralairlines.ru or open the Ural Airlines mobile app.
- Enter your booking reference and passenger name.
- Select your seat (if applicable to your fare).
- Confirm your check-in and download or screenshot your boarding pass.
- Proceed to the airport at least 2 hours before departure (or 3 hours for international flights).
Note: There are no online check-in fees. However, passengers with oversized or excess checked baggage can complete online check-in and drop off their baggage at designated airport counters before security screening.
Important: Online check-in is not available for flights departing from Dubai, Istanbul, Antalya, Bodrum, Daman, Beijing, or Harbin-check in at the airport counter instead.
