How online check-in works
Online check-in opens 24 hours before departure and closes 2 hours before flight departure. There are no fees for online check-in, and passengers can check in up to 9 people per booking in a single transaction. Your boarding pass can be printed at home or saved to your mobile device for digital presentation at the airport.
How to check in online:
- Visit www.air-austral.com and select the online check-in option.
- Enter your booking reference and passenger surname.
- Review passenger details and select your seat (if applicable to your fare class).
- Confirm check-in and download or print your boarding pass.
Practical tip: Check in as early as the 24-hour window opens, especially for long-haul flights, to ensure preferred seat selection and avoid the rush during peak check-in periods.
