Air Heritage does not offer online check-in. All passengers must complete check-in exclusively at the airport prior to departure. This policy applies to all flights operated by the airline on its domestic network.
Airport check-in process:
- Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure (standard recommendation for domestic flights in India)
- Proceed to the Air Heritage check-in counter with your passport and booking confirmation
- Present your baggage and travel documents to the check-in agent
- Receive your boarding pass and baggage tags
- Proceed to security screening and gate area as directed
Practical tip: Since online check-in is unavailable, arrive earlier than normal to allow sufficient time for airport procedures, especially during peak travel times.
What documents do I need for domestic flights with Air Heritage?
For domestic flights in India, you will need a valid government-issued photo ID such as a passport, Aadhaar card, or PAN card. Always carry your original ID and booking confirmation when arriving at the airport.
Can I check in baggage at the airport if I arrive late?
