Online check-in opened 24 hours before departure through the Air Moldova website or mobile app. Check-in closing times varied depending on the airport: typically 2 hours before departure for most locations, though some airports required check-in 60 minutes before flight time. Online check-in was not available for flights from or to Paris, Surgut, Madrid, Antalya, Florence, Heraklion, or London, nor for group bookings, unaccompanied minors, or passengers requiring special assistance.

- Visit www.airmoldova.md or open the Air Moldova mobile app
- Enter your booking reference and passenger name
- Select your seat (if available under your fare class)
- Download and print or save your boarding pass digitally
- Arrive at the airport for baggage drop-off if you have checked luggage
