Buddha Air fleet

Buddha Air's fleet consists of three turboprop aircraft families designed for regional operations:

ATR 42 and ATR 72: These twin-engine turboprops form the backbone of the network. The ATR 42 typically carries around 40-50 passengers on shorter routes, while the larger ATR 72 accommodates 60-70 passengers on routes where demand is higher. Both aircraft excel in high-altitude operations and can operate from unprepared airfields, making them ideal for Nepal's diverse airport infrastructure.

Beechcraft 1900: A versatile twin-engine turboprop, the Beechcraft 1900 provides additional capacity and flexibility for regional connections. This aircraft is particularly suited to routes where terrain and runway length require proven, rugged performance.

Collectively, this fleet enables Buddha Air to maintain frequent, reliable service across its network while adapting to the operational challenges of the Himalayan region.
