Caspian Airlines does not offer online check-in. All passengers must complete check-in at the airport.
- Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure
- Proceed to the Caspian Airlines check-in counter with your passport and booking confirmation
- Present your baggage for weighing and tagging
- Receive your boarding pass and baggage receipts
- Proceed to security screening
Practical tip: Arrive even earlier during peak travel times (morning hours, holidays) to allow time for queues at check-in counters. Note that check-in closes 45 minutes before departure, so do not arrive at the last minute.
Can I check in by phone or email?
No. Caspian Airlines requires all passengers to check in in person at the airport. There is no remote check-in option available.
What happens if I miss check-in closure?
If you do not check in before the 45-minute cutoff before departure, you will not be permitted to board. Plan to arrive at least 2 hours early to ensure sufficient time for the process.
