Cebu Pacific operates a mixed-fleet strategy optimized for Philippine regional geography and international growth. Airbus narrowbodies (A320, A321, and newer neo variants) form the backbone, serving high-frequency domestic routes and regional markets across Southeast Asia. The A321 and A321neo accommodate higher passenger volumes and longer-range regional flights.

The Airbus A330 wide-body aircraft extends the airline's reach to medium and long-haul international destinations, enabling routes to Northeast Asia, the Middle East, and beyond. ATR 72 turboprops operated by the Cebgo subsidiary serve smaller airports and shorter regional feeder routes where narrowbody economics are less favorable, integrating remote provinces into the network.
