Fleet
Eurowings Europe (IATA: EW, ICAO: EWG) is an Austrian carrier and subsidiary of Lufthansa Group. Founded in 1993, the airline has grown into a regional network operator with its main hub at Cologne Bonn Airport in Germany. The airline also maintains operating bases in Graz (Austria), Palma de Mallorca (Spain), Prague (Czech Republic), Salzburg (Austria), and Stockholm–Arlanda (Sweden), serving leisure and business travellers across Europe.
The fleet consists of 29 aircraft, predominantly Airbus narrowbodies (A319, A320, A321) and their newer neo variants (A320neo, A321neo), complemented by Boeing 737 equipment. This modern, efficient fleet is optimized for short- to medium-haul operations, delivering reliable service on European routes while maintaining competitive fuel economics.
Eurowings Europe participates in the Lufthansa Group's Miles & More frequent flyer programme, allowing passengers to earn and redeem miles across the group's network. The airline's distributed operating base structure enables convenient connections and regional market coverage, positioning it as a flexible carrier within the Lufthansa portfolio.
