Aircraft

Interjet's fleet comprised two aircraft families from Airbus's narrow-body A320 series: the A320 and A321. Both aircraft are single-aisle, twin-engine jets designed for fuel efficiency and operational flexibility on short- to medium-haul routes-the core of Interjet's network.

The A320 served as the backbone of the fleet, offering standard capacity for high-frequency services on popular domestic routes. The larger A321 provided additional seating capacity, making it ideal for busier routes and larger passenger loads. Both aircraft were modern, reliable, and well-suited to Interjet's low-cost operating model, allowing the airline to maintain competitive costs while delivering regular service across Mexico and the region.
