How online check-in works
Online check-in is free and available via the Luxair website and mobile app. Check-in opens 36 hours before departure and closes 1 hour before departure. This service allows you to obtain a mobile or printed boarding pass without visiting the airport counter.
Check-in steps:
- Visit www.luxair.lu or open the Luxair mobile app
- Enter your booking reference and passenger name
- Select your seat (if applicable to your fare)
- Download or print your boarding pass
- Proceed directly to bag drop or security (if checking bags)
Important: Passengers traveling to certain destinations (BWK, BOJ, DBV, NBE, PSR, RMI, TIV, TLN, VAR, ZAD) must collect their physical boarding pass at the airport counter despite completing online check-in, even if they have already checked in online.
