Online check-in procedures are not applicable to Luxaviation Belgium's business charter operations, as these flights operate outside the commercial airline framework. Charter passengers do not follow standard commercial check-in processes. Instead, passenger coordination occurs directly with the flight operations team during the booking and pre-flight planning phase.

The check-in process for charter flights is typically managed by telephone or email directly with the operator. Passengers should confirm their final headcount, baggage details, and any special requests 24–48 hours before departure. On the day of travel, arrive at the designated business aviation terminal or fixed-base operator (FBO) facility at least 60 minutes before scheduled departure, earlier if international travel is involved.
