North Wright Airways operates a specialized fleet designed for regional commuter service and remote charter operations across northern Canada. The fleet ranges from larger regional aircraft to single- and twin-engine bush planes optimized for challenging terrain and unimproved airstrips.

The De Havilland Canada Dash 8 serves as the airline's primary larger regional turboprop, connecting main communities on regular scheduled routes.
