Pan Europeenne Air Service operates a small, modern fleet of four Embraer aircraft types. The airline's operations focus on regional business aviation and VIP charter services, with aircraft selected for reliability, comfort, and operational efficiency.

The fleet consists of two regional turboprop models-the Embraer ERJ 135 and ERJ 145-alongside two more recent light jets: the Embraer Phenom 100 and Phenom 300. The ERJ aircraft are well-suited for regional routes and offer good passenger capacity, while the Phenom jets provide faster, higher-altitude capability for longer-distance charters and premium service. All aircraft undergo maintenance at the airline's certified maintenance facility in Chambéry, ensuring consistent upkeep and operational readiness.
