Private Wings does not offer online check-in through a self-service portal. Check-in procedures follow traditional methods for regional and charter operations.

  1. Contact Private Wings directly via phone or email to confirm your flight and check-in arrangements
  2. Arrive at Berlin Schönefeld Airport or your departure point according to the airline's advised timing
  3. Complete check-in at the airline's counter with your booking reference and valid travel documents
  4. Proceed through security and to your departure gate

Tip: Allow extra time for check-in at regional airports, as procedures may differ from major hubs. Confirm all details with the airline 24–48 hours before departure.

Does Private Wings offer mobile or online check-in?
As a regional operator, Private Wings does not currently provide online or mobile check-in. All passengers must check in at the airport counter. Contact the airline in advance to confirm check-in windows for your specific flight.

What documents do I need for check-in?
You will need a valid passport or national ID (depending on your route), your booking reference, and any required travel permits or visas. For flights within the EU, an EU national ID card is sufficient. Always check entry requirements for your destination before travel.
