Online check-in is not available with Regional Air Services. All passengers must complete check-in at airport counters.
Check-in timing and procedure:
- Arrive at the airport according to your departure location: 1 hour before departure for flights from Arusha, Kilimanjaro, or Zanzibar; 30 minutes for flights from other airstrips
- Proceed to the Regional Air Services check-in counter with your passport and booking reference
- Present baggage for weighing and declaration of any excess or special items
- Confirm your seat assignment and receive your boarding pass
- Complete security screening and proceed to the departure gate
Practical tip: Arrive earlier than the minimum check-in time if traveling during peak hours or from smaller airstrips where counter staffing may be limited. Confirm your flight status by phone 24 hours before departure to avoid check-in delays.
What if I miss the final boarding deadline?
Passengers who do not check in within 20 minutes before scheduled departure may forfeit their reservation. Contact the airline immediately if you are delayed in transit.
Can I check in at a different airport than my departure point?
No. Check-in must be completed at your airport of departure. Interline connections should be confirmed with reservations when booking.
