How online check-in works
SWISS offers online check-in to all passengers, opening 24 hours before your flight departure. Check-in closes 60 minutes before domestic flights and 90 minutes before international flights, so plan accordingly to avoid missing your flight.
To check in online, follow these steps:
- Visit www.swiss.com or open the SWISS mobile app
- Enter your booking reference and passenger name
- Select your seat (if not yet assigned)
- Confirm baggage information and special service requests
- Generate and save your mobile boarding pass or print a paper copy
Tip: Check in as early as the 24-hour window opens to secure your preferred seat and have maximum flexibility if plans change.
