Online Check-in: Trigana Air does not currently offer online check-in. All passengers must complete check-in at the airport ticket counter.
Airport Check-in Process:
- Arrive at the airport at least 2 hours before your scheduled departure time.
- Proceed to the Trigana Air check-in counter with your passport and booking confirmation.
- Present your baggage for weighing and tagging.
- Receive your boarding pass and baggage receipts.
Check-in closes 45 minutes before scheduled departure. Passengers arriving fewer than 30 minutes before departure will not be permitted to board. Plan your journey to the airport accordingly, especially during peak travel times.
What happens if I arrive after check-in closes?
If you arrive after the 45-minute check-in closure, you will not be able to board your flight. Trigana Air does not make exceptions for late arrivals, so punctuality is essential.
Can I check in baggage at the gate?
No. All baggage must be checked in at the counter during the standard check-in window. Gate check-in is not available.
