AirAsia operates a fleet composed entirely of Airbus narrowbody aircraft, consisting of the A320 and A321 families. The A320 serves as the backbone of the network, handling the majority of regional and medium-haul routes across Southeast Asia. The larger A321 variant provides additional seating capacity on high-demand routes and longer flights, enabling AirAsia to optimize frequency and yield on key city pairs.
