AirSial operates an all-Airbus A320 fleet, a proven narrowbody jet ideal for regional service in South Asia. The A320 carries approximately 180 passengers in a typical high-density regional configuration, balancing capacity with fuel efficiency on shorter routes (500–3,000 km).

The aircraft's reliability, low operating costs, and compatibility with regional airport infrastructure make it well-suited to AirSial's network strategy.
