As a business aviation operator, Gestair does not conduct online check-in for passengers in the traditional sense. Private charter flights operate under different procedures than commercial airlines. Passengers on Gestair charters will coordinate directly with the airline regarding arrival times, check-in procedures, and boarding logistics.

Typical charter flight procedures:

1. Confirm your charter booking and travel details with Gestair's operations team
2. Receive specific arrival instructions and airport procedures for your departure location
3. Arrive at the designated fixed-base operator (FBO) or facility at the agreed time
4. Complete any required passenger information and security formalities with Gestair staff
5. Proceed to your aircraft for boarding

Practical tip: Arrive 30–60 minutes before your scheduled departure for a private charter flight to allow time for briefings and boarding procedures.
