Aircraft

Pakistan International Airlines operates a mixed fleet of 35 aircraft suited to its international and domestic network. The fleet includes Airbus narrow-body aircraft (A300, A310, and A320 families) for regional and medium-haul routes across Asia and the Middle East. The Boeing 777 serves as the airline's long-haul workhorse, connecting Pakistan to Europe, North America, and distant Asian destinations with enhanced range and passenger capacity.
For regional and domestic services, PIA operates ATR turboprops (ATR 42 and ATR 72), which provide efficient connectivity to secondary cities and shorter routes. This fleet composition balances operational economics with network coverage, enabling the airline to serve major international hubs while maintaining domestic regional services.
