How online check-in works
Online check-in opens exactly 24 hours before your scheduled departure and closes 1.5 hours before domestic flights or 3 hours before international flights. The service is free and requires no additional fees. After completing online check-in, you must arrive at the airport within 30 minutes (domestic) or 60 minutes (international) to proceed through security and boarding.

- Visit www.scat.kz 24 hours before departure.
- Enter your booking reference and passenger surname.
- Select your seat (if available on your route).
- Confirm your baggage details and special requests.
- Download or screenshot your boarding pass.
- Proceed to the airport within the required time window.
Practical tip: Complete online check-in as soon as the window opens, especially on regional routes where seat selection may fill quickly. If you have checked baggage, plan to reach the airport 60 minutes before international departures to allow time for bag drop-off.
