Aircraft

Skippers Aviation operates a mixed fleet of regional turboprops and twin-engine aircraft, totalling approximately 12 aircraft. The fleet is composed of several aircraft families, each selected for specific operational requirements across Western Australia's diverse routes and airstrips.
The Bombardier DHC-8-400Q Dash 8 and De Havilland Canada Dash 8 are the airline's primary regional workhorses, offering good capacity and range for scheduled services. The Embraer EMB 120 provides similar regional capability. For charter operations and service to shorter or more remote airstrips, the airline operates the smaller Fairchild Metro 23 and Cessna 441 Conquest II, both twin-engine aircraft suited to challenging terrain and limited infrastructure. This diverse fleet allows Skippers Aviation to match aircraft size to demand and operate across the full spectrum of regional and remote destinations in its network.
