TEAM Linhas Aéreas operated a focused fleet of regional aircraft suited to Brazil's domestic network. The airline's fleet composition reflected its role as a regional carrier serving smaller airports and secondary routes within Brazil.
The primary aircraft type in TEAM's fleet was the Let L-410 Turbolet, a twin-engine regional turboprop widely used for short-haul operations. This aircraft provided capacity for regional routes and could operate from airfields with limited infrastructure, making it suitable for Brazil's regional network.
The L-410 Turbolet's operational characteristics-modest capacity, fuel efficiency, and ability to operate from unprepared surfaces-aligned with TEAM's specialization in regional and specialized air transport. The airline ceased operations in 2012 before any major fleet modernization occurred.
