Do I get a free personal item in addition to my cabin bag?
No. EasyJet does not offer a separate personal item allowance. All items you bring on board must fit within your cabin bag allocation (either the small free bag or a larger bag if purchased). This means bags, backpacks, and accessories all count toward your single cabin allowance.
What happens if my bag is overweight or oversized?
If your checked bag exceeds the weight limit, you will be charged £12 per kilogram at the airport (up to a maximum of 32 kg per bag). If your cabin bag is oversized and was not pre-purchased, you will be charged a gate fee of £48. Always weigh and measure your baggage before arriving at the airport to avoid surprise charges.
Are there any items I cannot pack?
EasyJet follows standard international aviation safety rules. Prohibited items include weapons, sharp objects, flammables, and certain sporting equipment. For a full list of restricted and prohibited items, consult the airline's website at www.easyjet.com or contact the press office before your flight.
