How online check-in works
Online check-in opens exactly 24 hours before your scheduled departure and closes 1 hour before flight time. The service is free and available via the Iberia Express website or mobile app; you'll need your booking reference and last name.
- Visit www.iberiaexpress.com or open the Iberia Express app.
- Enter your booking reference (6-character confirmation code) and last name.
- Select your seat (if permitted by your fare type) and confirm check-in.
- Download or print your boarding pass immediately.
Practical tip: Check in at the 24-hour mark if you're traveling on a busy route; popular flights fill preferred seat selections quickly. If departing from Cairo or Marrakech, you must visit the airport check-in desk before security screening, even if you've checked in online-do not skip this step.
