How online check-in works
Online check-in is available 24 hours before departure and closes 90 minutes before your scheduled flight departure time. It is accessible only for passengers with direct e-tickets purchased through official Shenzhen Airlines booking channels. Note that online check-in is not available for connecting flights or special passenger categories (infants, children, pregnant women, and passengers requiring wheelchair assistance).
- Log in to your Shenzhen Airlines account or enter your booking reference and e-ticket number on www.shenzhenair.com
- Select your flight and confirm passenger details
- Choose your seat (if available under your fare type)
- Complete the online check-in process
- Print or save your boarding pass before arriving at the airport
Important: Baggage cannot be checked online; you must visit the airport counter before check-in closes to drop off checked bags.
