How online check-in works
VivaAerobus allows online check-in starting 24 hours before departure. The check-in window closes 1 hour 10 minutes before scheduled departure (some sources indicate 4 hours for specific fare types). Check-in timing also depends on your fare: Zero Fare requires check-in up to 4 hours before departure, Light Fare up to 8 hours, and Smart Fare up to 10 days before your flight.
- Log in to your Viva account or access your booking using your booking reference and email address.
- Select your flight and passengers from your reservation.
- Choose or confirm your seat (if permitted by your fare type).
- Review baggage and service information, and complete the check-in process.
- Download or save your boarding pass as a PDF or mobile ticket.
Practical tip: Check in as early as possible within the 24-hour window to secure your preferred seat (where applicable to your fare) and avoid the rush near the closing time.
