How online check-in works
Online check-in is free and available via the Volotea website or mobile app. Timing depends on whether you have purchased a seat: if a seat is included in your booking, check-in opens immediately; if you have not selected a seat, it opens 4 days before departure. Check-in closes 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight departs. This generous window accommodates most travelers, but arriving early is always recommended to avoid stress.

- Enter your booking reference (locator code) and last name or email.
- Select your passengers and review your flight details.
- Choose and confirm your seats if you have not already done so.
- Download or screenshot your boarding pass.
