How online check-in works
Online check-in is free and opens 30 days before departure. If you have purchased a seat, you may check in up to 3 hours before departure. Passengers without a purchased seat can check in only 24 hours before departure. Mobile or online check-in is strongly recommended to avoid airport queues.
Check-in steps:
- Visit www.wizzair.com and log into 'My Bookings' with your confirmation number and email address.
- Select your flight and click 'Check-in' when the window opens.
- Enter passenger details (name, document number, contact information).
- Confirm your baggage allowance and any add-ons.
- Download or save your boarding pass to your phone or email.
For convenience, Wizz Air UK offers an Automatic Check-in service for €1.50: the system checks you in exactly 50 hours before departure and emails your boarding pass automatically. This is useful if you forget to check in manually or prefer not to access the website.
