Air France's fleet comprises modern widebody and narrowbody aircraft optimised for both short and long-haul operations. Airbus narrowbodies (A220, A318–A321) dominate European and intra-regional routes, offering fuel efficiency and high-frequency scheduling. Widebody aircraft-the Airbus A330 and A350, plus Boeing 777 and 787-are deployed on intercontinental services to Asia, Africa, North America, and the Caribbean, providing comfort for extended flights and capacity for premium cabin products.
The fleet is operated across four cabin classes: Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and La Première (first class on select long-haul aircraft). This multi-class strategy allows Air France to serve diverse passenger segments and route economics efficiently.
