AirBlue operates a modern, mixed fleet designed for flexibility across its network. The Airbus A320 and A321 form the backbone of the operation, serving high-demand domestic routes and regional flights with capacity for 150–190 passengers depending on configuration. These fuel-efficient narrowbodies are reliable workhorses for competitive markets.

The ATR 72 turboprops complement the jet fleet, operating regional and secondary routes where larger aircraft would be uneconomical. These 72-seat aircraft provide essential connectivity to smaller airports and underserved markets across Pakistan and the region, maintaining service frequency while controlling costs.
